Here's the scoop on our online store! 

What if I accidentlly bought the wrong hair product? Any unopened hair products, hair tools, and skincare can be returned within 10 days for an exchange of equal or lesser value or your money back.

How does the refund work if I want one? Email us at alissa@regardrayonnant.com that you would like to return your order. We will try to match your concern with another option for an exchange if you'd like. You can send the product to 14358 Burnhaven Drive #25 Burnsville, MN 55306 and once we check the item we send the exchanged item and/or refund your payment. We are finding that payments processed Friday evenings, on the weekends, or on holidays are being processed on Monday the following week or next business day into the bank accounts. Once your card is processed we would be able to issue your refund when we receive the item that wasn't used or open. We always strive to work promptly on any concern or question.

Why do you have these products on your site? It is really hard to find products that are "organic", and most of the time, if it has a shelf life...it is not. So we pivoted, and looked for non-toxic products that perform exceptionally well and vary in price. We also seek to partner with companies that have awesome goals and care about the communities around them. So if you're shopping from Regard Rayonnant. You can be rest assured it's not just random stuff. It is hand picked for you. And we are constantly seeking to learn from the manufacturers the best products to use.

Is the makeup refundable? Our goal is to keep our customers safe from contamination. We are unable to accept returns for makeup that was purchased.

Why should I shop from you? We are a small business, currently there are TWO of us! We will be directly helping you. Always available during open hours and will handle your situation promptly. We also love to donate profits to local charities.

Do you have hair services? Yes! I currently offer hair services in my suite in Burnsville, MN. I specialize in gentle haircoloring, haircutting, and hairstyling. Seeking to maintain the integrity of my clients hair with ammonia free color and amazing hair treatments, and bond builders with every color service.

Common Consultation Questions

Do I schedule a color or a foil? At Regard Rayonnant we understand your time is valuable, but that you came here for some pampering! So to schedule the best service it is recommended you reach out to Alissa and email her your needs along with inspiration pictures. Please include some information on your hair history. For example, "Attached are some inspiration pictures, and I currently have brown hair. I have colored it brown. Before that I had red hair, and before that I had highlights. Before that I think it was colored. My hair is thick and past my shoulders. I currently use Oligo 18 in 1 hair beautifier and therapeutic mask for breakage. I would like to schedule an appointment to achieve this look. My availability is Tuesdays and Thursdays 12p-5p."

Will I feel blonder with just a custom foil? Absolutely! A custom foil is a foiling service where I place the foils on the head depending on what you are wanting and how thick your hair is. Some Custom Foils are only the top of people's heads because their hair is so thick. Sometimes it is spaced out foils throughout the head to give fun highlights. If someone wants to feel blonder, but is happy seeing their color throughout the hair as well, then a Custom Foil would be a fine choice. For clients wanting to feel bright blonde I would suggest a Micro Foil Session. That ensures I cover a lot of ground. If you want all your hair colored bright blonde I would suggest you book a bleach and tone. With low developers, bonders, and hair treatments you hair can still feel great.

What comes with the color and foil services? When I'm lifting hair pigment out of people's hair, I like to replace it with some protein, organic color molecules and vitamins. So all my chemical services come with a bond builder and a hair treatment. If I am lightening someone's hair that includes a toner.

What is a toner? A toner is like a top coat that is put on the hair after the proteins have been taken out and makes the color a consistent color, and significantly reduces brassiness.

I want to color my hair to match my natural. I have white and brown hair. How much is that going to cost me? Everything depends on our starting point. If you are a dark brunette then we will have to slowly lift out the brown to create your white hair. That is 2-3 sessions of lifting. The last session is where we deposit the natural brown in foils and finally highlight the white and tone out any yellow. It must be maintained at home with products and treatments, and it is an investment. It depends on the hair, but its about $125 an hour. An easy 8-10 hours can go by because we want to lift the hair color slowly. I recommend we do Micro Foils and lift it out per sessions. You would wear brown hair for a few sessions, then blonde, and then we would have you at your goal. *Staining is real, and it can prevent people from lifting out color all the way.* It can happen. If that happens you would stay whatever color we lifted you too. That happens if someone has done the same home color multiples times on their head for years overlapping on their hair.

I am a blonde but I want to go dark. Would I just book a color? Because you have blonde hair I would need to ask you if you have been blonde a long time, if it's color or natural, how did you achieve the blonde if it is colored, and what color your goal is. On a healthy head of hair we would do an all over color and gloss. The gloss would be applied first to fill the blonde hair with gold or copper tone (depending on how dark you want to go). We would then color over that with a separate formulation to achieve your desired result. Book an All over color and Gloss. If you're wanting to go darker with foils then book a Custom Foil and Root Touch up with Chemical Service. Also, I am always eager to help you and have a consultation prior to you booking.

I've never had a good experience at a salon, and have never been able to find someone to do my hair.... Ope! I probably won't please you either. Unfortunately hair is unpredictable. Hair is subjective. Clients and hairstylists use their own expressions and language when trying to communicate styles. I try to use candor conversation, pictures and images, and be as informative as I can. But if you have never had a good experience, or never had a stylist do a good job then you might need to reflect. I've had to do it too! Maybe you have a hard time communicating with the stylist because they are using different words then what you've read online, so you assume they are wrong preventing you from understanding them. Maybe you love doing your hair at home, and so you struggle with having other people do your hair. Maybe you want a lot for a little price, and forget that fair wage is important.
